Shipping

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping information entered by the customer.

Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom, personalized, and cut-to-order nature of our items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
