At Ohlsen Designs Embroidery, Fabric & Gifts, we take pride in offering custom, personalized, and cut-to-order items. Because of the nature of these products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on:

• Custom embroidery items
• Personalized items
• Cut fabric
• Special order items

Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase, including sizes, colors, personalization, and quantities.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right if an error occurred on our end.
