We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing before your order ships. Our business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Because many of our items are custom made, personalized, or cut to order, processing times may vary slightly depending on the item ordered. We take care to ensure your order is prepared accurately and packaged with care.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information if available.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information provided at the time of purchase.
